The renowned CIPD Festival of Work is set to occur at the impressive ExCeL London on the 12th and 13th of June this year, offering a unique opportunity to engage with leading figures in the HR and people development fields. The festival promises a dynamic two-day experience filled with groundbreaking discussions and innovative ideas.
Among the headline speakers are respected figures such as Stacey Dooley MBE, who will tackle themes of breaking barriers in media and society, and Dex Hunter-Torricke of Google DeepMind, who will explore the intersections of technology, leadership, and societal change. Alex Mahon, CEO of Channel 4, will provide insights on leadership in contemporary workplaces.
The event boasts an impressive line-up with over 150 international speakers spread across seven stages, addressing topics designed to empower and foster positive change across all professional spheres. This year, attendees can look forward to the introduction of the innovative ‘AI Lab’ and the socially-focused Social Impact Hub. The festival is open from 8:30 am, with sessions commencing at 9:15 am on the opening day, and from 8:45 am with a 9:30 am start on the second day.
