Lauren Lepley, who will begin her role in early December, comes with an impressive track record in the grocery sector. With more than 14 years of experience, she has previously held significant roles at Tesco and Morrisons, enhancing her expertise in central operations.
Mark Henry is set to join Asda in January as vice president of retail south, overseeing southern store operations. Bringing over 25 years of operational experience, his most recent position was group director of asset protection at M&S.
Both Lepley and Henry will report to Matt Heslop, Asda’s new chief operations officer, who himself will join the company in January. This leadership alignment underscores Asda’s commitment to leveraging top talent to achieve its strategic goals.
