Mark Henry is set to join Asda in January as vice president of retail south, overseeing southern store operations. Bringing over 25 years of operational experience, his most recent position was group director of asset protection at M&S.
Both Lepley and Henry will report to Matt Heslop, Asda’s new chief operations officer, who himself will join the company in January. This leadership alignment underscores Asda’s commitment to leveraging top talent to achieve its strategic goals.
