Among the significant additions is Alex Mathias, who joins the real estate team as an associate. With his expertise in commercial real estate and a focus on real estate finance, Alex is well-equipped to represent lenders, including high street and challenger banks, in investment and development finance matters. He also manages substantial transactions for borrowers, making him a valuable asset to the team.
James Watson brings over 13 years of experience in residential conveyancing to the real estate team. His expertise is expected to significantly enhance Clarion’s residential property services, offering robust support to investor clients and expanding the firm’s capabilities in this domain.
The firm has also strengthened its operational capacity by hiring four new paralegals. Alina Hutnyk joins the Intellectual Property team, while Angela Nako, Isobel Symonds, Michaela Lowry, and Olivia Tinson bolster the Costs and Litigation Funding team. Chloe Lazenby becomes part of the Real Estate team, and Qasim Ali integrates into the Court of Protection team, further enhancing Clarion’s diverse legal services.
