One Stop has significantly broadened its service offering by rolling out a rapid delivery option to 250 stores across England and Wales, thanks to its partnership with quick commerce company Snappy Shopper.
This strategic move follows a successful trial phase and is poised to greatly enhance the accessibility and availability of One Stop’s range of essential products. The incorporation of this service signifies a pivotal step forward in One Stop’s commitment to modernising its customer service experience. Snappy Shopper, a global quick commerce platform, was established in 2017 and currently collaborates with over 1,800 businesses worldwide, including notable convenience stores such as Costcutter, Family Shopper, and Londis.
Tim Josephs, head of online at One Stop, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, ‘Partnering with Snappy Shopper is a significant milestone for One Stop. We are dedicated to continuously improving our service and meeting the evolving needs of our customers. By leveraging Snappy Shopper’s innovative platform, we can provide a great online shopping experience, making it easier than ever for our customers to access their favourite products quickly and efficiently.’
Earlier this year, Snappy Shopper initiated a partnership with the Co-op to facilitate swift deliveries from local stores in Northern Ireland, illustrating its expanding presence within the UK market. Additionally, One Stop has disclosed plans to replace its own brand range with Tesco’s core own brand products, highlighting a strategic shift towards aligning with its parent company’s offerings.
This expansion not only reflects One Stop’s dedication to enhancing customer convenience but also underscores the growing influence of quick commerce solutions in the retail sector.
