Circus PPC, marking its fifteenth anniversary, has announced a significant organisational restructuring. This restructure is seen as a stepping stone for long-term success, aimed at securing another fifteen years of growth and achievement for the company.
To support this new phase, Circus PPC has elevated several senior staff members into pivotal roles. The agency’s founder, Rick Tobin, shifts from his previous position as Managing Director to become the Chief Executive Officer. This transition is part of a broader strategy to enhance leadership depth and operational efficiency.
In line with this strategic change, Ahmed Chopdat, previously the Commercial Director, will now serve as the Chief Strategy Officer. His new role underscores the agency’s commitment to bolstering its strategic capabilities and market adaptability.
Similarly, Will Cheng steps into the role of Chief Operations Officer. This change is anticipated to streamline operational processes and further refine the agency’s service delivery framework.
Additional promotions include Meg Wilson-Taylor, who steps up from Operations Manager to Operations Director, and Anna Wood, advancing to the position of Client Services Director from her former role as Head of Client Services.
