A Newcastle-based marketing agency has significantly increased its team size with the appointment of three new employees. These appointments come amidst the agency’s transition to a four-and-a-half-day work week, with plans to reduce this further to four days per week in 2025.
The agency specialises in social media, paid ads, email marketing, and website development, assisting businesses throughout the UK. Rapid growth has nearly doubled the size of the team, with a recruitment plan targeting at least two additional hires over the next 12 months.
Managing Director Shane Gammage expressed excitement about the agency’s progress, stating that all business results from client referrals, indicating high satisfaction and tangible outcomes due to the staff’s expertise and effort. He remarked, “It’s been a really exciting time for us … we have achieved an incredible amount and have ambitious plans … our clients … see genuine results, and that’s down to the skill and hard work of our people.”
Liam Armstrong, a new Business Marketing Consultant, joins with experience as an Operations Director in an engineering company with over £2.5m turnover, and as a Commercial Manager at York City Football Club. Social Media Specialist Josh Hoggart, who is completing a PhD in Sound Production, brings experience in inmate training and content creation for a prison TV station. Website Designer and Developer Care-Ella Bellerby is a recent Northumbria University graduate in Computer Science, focused on Web Development, previously employed at another agency.
Gammage further commented on the recruits, “The skill set that these new recruits add to our offering further strengthens what we can provide to our clients and will allow us to push further and harder to deliver even better results.”
In its continuous quest for innovation, the agency recently released a free, downloadable ‘marketing trends for 2025’ report available on its website. Plans are also underway to launch free masterclass workshops in the new year, showcasing core service implementations.
The agency is poised for further growth and innovation, driven by its talented team and strategic planning.
