Developed by Apadmi, a digital agency based in Salford Quays, the app’s inception marked a significant milestone, showing the power of strategic partnerships between technological innovators and leading brands like Norwegian Airlines and Strawberry Hotels.
The primary purpose of the Spenn app is to revolutionise how customers interact with loyalty programmes. It allows users to collect and manage loyalty currency that can be redeemed across a vast range of well-known partner brands. Through purchases or bookings, users can acquire points, which can then be used for future flights or hotel stays with Norwegian Airlines and Strawberry Hotels or other merchants cooperating with Spenn.
Crafted with a focus on user experience, the app operates on platforms including Flutter, Braze, and Contentful, ensuring accessibility and a seamless user journey. Spenn offers a dynamic home screen that personalises offers based on user preferences and their purchase history, creating a tailored experience that enhances engagement and satisfaction.
Moreover, Spenn introduces an innovative feature of family accounts. This allows families or groups to pool their points for shared experiences, such as holidays, offering an appealing option for collective reward management.
