As Flowd concludes a successful 2024 marked by significant growth, the company has refreshed its senior leadership team. This strategic move aims to support Flowd’s ambitious plans for 2025, catalysed by a remarkable 93% increase in revenue driven by a 33% rise in headcount.
Mitchell Clayton, co-founder and CEO, is spearheading efforts to expand Flowd’s operations in the United States. With a presence already established in New York, Clayton’s focus is on cultivating a high-performing team to surpass the growth seen in the UK market in 2025.
Joining Clayton in steering the company’s forward momentum is Ashleigh Holmes, co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer. Holmes, having been instrumental in achieving the company’s substantial yearly growth, is tasked with continuing to drive Flowd’s marketing strategy on a global scale.
Leigh Gough, stepping in as the Managing Director, is charged with overseeing operations across the UK. Her mandate includes upholding Flowd’s high service standards while promoting sustainable expansion within the UK market.
Supporting these initiatives, Marc Entwistle, newly appointed as Chief Operating Officer, is focused on enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring a strong return on investment.
