Global Telesat Communications, a notable player in the satellite communications industry, has relocated its headquarters to Poole, Dorset. The new office is situated on the ground floor of Waterloo House at Fleets Corner Business Park, encompassing an area of 2,470 square feet. This strategic move signifies another step in the company’s growth trajectory.
Global Telesat Communications is renowned for reselling advanced satellite communications hardware, software, and services. With a clientele of over 60,000 across 165 countries, the company has established itself as a key figure in global communications. Their relocation to Fleets Corner illustrates their commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and employee well-being by leveraging the modern facilities available at the business park.
James Phipps, the Business Development Manager at Global Telesat Communications, expressed enthusiasm about the move, stating: “The relocation and upsize of our headquarters marks the next stage of growth for Global Telesat Communications. We required a location that combined quality with accessibility and breadth of amenities for staff, and nowhere else could match what is provided at Fleets Corner.”
The Fleets Corner Business Park is already home to a variety of reputable businesses. Among them are Poole-based cosmetics giant Lush and recruitment firm TeamJobs, both of which have made significant investments in expanding their operations within the park. The presence of such companies, coupled with convenient amenities like a Starbucks and a Travelodge hotel, underscores the park’s appeal.
