Rebecca Ridley, with a commendable 14-year tenure working at prominent Leeds-based firms, has joined the corporate team at LCF Law. Previously affiliated with KPMG Law, Rebecca is eager to embrace new challenges. She expressed her enthusiasm by stating, “I’ve always had a real sense of justice and enjoy negotiations, as well as successfully navigating deals for clients.” Rebecca specialises in guiding clients through transaction processes, business restructures, succession planning, and employee ownership schemes. Her focus includes large-scale business sales and assisting owner-managed businesses in achieving their objectives.
Liam O’Neill joins the personal law team in Ilkley, contributing over 26 years of experience. Liam’s decision to move was timely, and he looks forward to aiding clients with matters related to wills, probate, and trusts. His role will also involve dispute resolution concerning errant trustees and mediating will disputes, bridging a crucial gap in personal and disputes law. He aims to strengthen ties with other professional advisors across Yorkshire.
Ellie Foster transitions to LCF Law’s family law team, having previously been part of Harrogate-based Raworths. With a diverse background that includes a masters degree in chemistry and training at a London law firm, Ellie has dedicated her career to aiding clients during difficult personal times. She focuses on issues like separation and divorce, pre and post marital agreements, and disputes among former cohabitants. Recognised by Chambers Guide and Legal 500, Ellie holds memberships in multiple family justice organisations, enhancing her collaborative approach to family law issues.
