With more than 20 years of experience as an HR manager, Mr Hughes offers a broad wealth of knowledge, having spent the last 13 years within the automotive industry.
At Jehu Group, Mr Hughes will spearhead the development of new HR programmes and initiatives. Among these is the introduction of an employee engagement survey, aimed at enhancing internal processes and employee relations. His appointment comes at a time of unprecedented growth for the business.
