THG, known for owning Cult Beauty and Lookfantastic, has appointed Amy Fisher as its new CEO for Beauty Brands. Fisher’s appointment is a strategic move by THG to bolster its leadership as it navigates the evolving beauty market.
Fisher, who will report to THG Beauty CEO Lucy Gorman, brings a wealth of experience in the beauty and lifestyle sectors. Prior to joining THG, she served as the chief executive at Lola, a women’s reproductive care brand, until December 2023. Her professional history also includes roles as president of Wander Beauty and chief marketing officer at Stila Cosmetics.
In addition to her executive roles at Lola and Wander Beauty, Fisher has held significant positions at prestigious companies such as Ralph Lauren, Elizabeth Arden, The Estée Lauder Companies, and L’Oréal. Her diverse background in these high-profile brands positions her well to lead THG’s Beauty Brands division.

Meanwhile, THG’s brand Lookfantastic has opened its first permanent store in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. This move from mainly online operations to a physical retail space aims to enhance customer education and engagement with the beauty brands it offers. Lookfantastic’s new store stocks over 90 beauty brands, including exclusive offerings like Dr Loretta, Espa, Perricone MD, Jo Malone and Dr. Dennis Gross.
