Amber Deas has recently transitioned from her former role in an estate agency into the legal sector, joining Rollits LLP. Her move into the firm marks a significant career shift, as she adopts a role within the residential property team, extending her expertise across the offices in York and Hull.
Residing in Stillington, near York, Amber’s professional journey began in personnel and training before she ventured into the property sector as a sales progressor in 2019 with Hunters Estate Agents. Her interest in legal matters grew, leading her to a role as a legal secretary at Cowling Swift & Kitchen in York, which then evolved into a fee-earning position as a conveyancer.
In her conveyancing role, Amber has handled diverse matters involving sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages, covering both freehold and leasehold transactions. This breadth of experience equips her well for her new duties at Rollits, where she focuses on residential sales and purchases, also offering support to the property team.
