Ramsdens Solicitors has made a significant move in strengthening its real estate team by appointing Ian Hartley as a partner. The addition comes as the firm seeks to expand its influence and reputation in the Yorkshire region.
With a robust background in real estate law, Ian Hartley joins Ramsdens from Squire Patton Boggs, where he spent seven years, most recently serving as Director in the Leeds real estate team. Hartley’s career also includes 15 years at Walker Morris as an Associate and Senior Associate, contributing to his extensive expertise in the Leeds, Yorkshire, and national markets.
Hartley will be working out of Ramsdens’ York and Leeds offices, engaging in a broad range of sectors, including residential, living, hotel, leisure, industrial, logistics, retail, agricultural, and energy. His role will particularly focus on development transactions, offering services to occupiers, developers, investors, and funders.
