Blacks Solicitors is celebrating the notable achievement of nine members of its residential property team attaining the Residential Property Accreditation from the Law Society. This adds a distinguished quality standard to their professional capabilities.
Emma Garfitt, senior associate solicitor and learning and development manager, led this initiative, underscoring the firm’s focus on professional growth. The process involved the team undergoing either a two-and-a-half-hour foundation exam or a three-and-a-half-hour intermediate exam as set by the Law Society.
Conveyancers Clare Brattan, Faye Parkinson, Lauren Parkinson, Rebecca Skeet, and Paul Firth achieved certification at the foundation level. Furthermore, conveyancing assistants Anna Harrison and Elizabeth Minns received the same level of certification, while Helen Carter, a conveyancer associate, and David Lawes, a conveyancer, successfully obtained intermediate-level accreditation.
Each certification the team has earned will remain valid for three years, reinforcing their credibility and expertise in residential property practices. These accreditations represent a strategic effort by Blacks Solicitors to keep their team at the forefront of the sector.
