Beardsworth-Shaw’s professional journey began in 2011 with a role as an in-house production manager for Christopher Raeburn. His career trajectory displays remarkable growth, including a promotion to design manager in 2014 and later becoming the design director at Hunter Boots in 2017.
During his stint from June 2021 to February 2022, Beardsworth-Shaw served as vice-president of design at Sweaty Betty, further honing his leadership and design skills.
Beardsworth-Shaw’s most recent role saw him at Accessorize, where he led design initiatives across various categories, such as jewellery and apparel, until March 2024.
