Before his association with Frasers Group, Brayshaw was a key figure in the banking sector, serving as the director of debt finance at Barclays Bank from 2010 to 2014. This background brought a wealth of experience to his role at Frasers, impacting strategic decisions and contributing to the business’s financial direction.
