During his tenure as the digital director at Regatta, Goodman successfully managed the re-launch of several websites across the organisation, developed internal teams dedicated to digital marketing and technology, and facilitated collaborations with renowned retail platforms such as Frasers Group, Decathlon, and Marks & Spencer.
One of his initial projects in the new role involves launching a membership scheme designed to enhance customer loyalty and retention. This initiative will be rolled out across both digital and physical retail channels, signifying Regatta’s commitment to providing an integrated customer experience.
