Parker has spent nearly 20 years at Design Bridge, working in its New York and Amsterdam studios. Her most recent role was as Executive Creative Director and Managing Partner in New York. This international experience positions her well for her new responsibilities.
Before her tenure at Design Bridge, Parker gained valuable experience as Design Director at Saatchi & Saatchi in Singapore and Hong Kong. Her career progression demonstrates her capability in leading global creative teams effectively.

In her new position, Parker will lead a team of 30 across The Chase’s Manchester and London offices. She will manage both creative and commercial responsibilities, reporting directly to Ben Casey who will share the chair role with Bev Hutchinson.
