Everton Football Club has forged a significant new alliance with Nemiroff, a leading Ukrainian vodka brand. This collaboration appoints Nemiroff as the club’s ‘Official Premium Vodka Partner’, facilitating a unique opportunity for fan engagement through exclusive and immersive experiences.
This strategic partnership will bring Nemiroff into the spotlight at Everton’s home ground, Goodison Park, with exposure via pitchside LED advertising and the big screens. This will ensure that fans at the stadium are consistently aware of the brand’s presence and offerings.
The agreement comes in the wake of Everton’s decision in 2022 to end its sponsorship deals with Russian companies, including USM Holdings, Megafon, and Yota. These actions were influenced by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and supported Everton’s Ukrainian defender, Vitalii Mykolenko.
Expressing enthusiasm and pride in the partnership, Richard Kenyon, Chief Commercial and Communications Officer at Everton, welcomed Nemiroff to their growing portfolio of partners. Kenyon emphasised Nemiroff’s status as a well-established brand, anticipating mutual growth throughout the collaboration.
From Nemiroff’s perspective, CEO Yuriy Sorochynskiy articulated the shared values and vision between the two entities. He highlighted both brands’ dedication to tradition, excellence, and community, considering this partnership an important step towards expanding into the sports industry.
The Everton-Nemiroff partnership reflects shared ambitions and marks a progressive step for both entities in enhancing community engagement and brand presence.
