The transaction follows a loan from NatWest, supporting Everything Tech’s ongoing acquisition strategy. This financial backing underscores the group’s commitment to expanding its capabilities and service reach.
Codus, established in 2008 by Lee Hunt, has offices in Bury and Burnley. The firm has built a reputation for addressing the unique technological requirements of architectural practices. This includes managing large design files, supporting hybrid work models, and ensuring high-security measures for essential plans. “Architects face unique challenges when it comes to adopting cloud solutions, largely due to the size and nature of their design files”, stated Hunt. “Our partnership with Everything Tech Group enables us to offer enhanced services to our existing clients and will drive our reach across the UK.”
The integration with Everything Tech Group will allow Codus to utilise additional resources, thus offering a more comprehensive suite of digital solutions to its clients. Importantly, Codus will continue its operations under its own brand, ensuring continuity while benefiting from Everything Tech’s expanded capabilities.
Mark Allen, founder and CFO of Everything Tech Group, expressed that Codus’ expertise complements Everything Tech’s portfolio, aligning with their vision to deliver advanced IT solutions across major UK industries. “With Everything Tech Group’s backing, we’re set to deliver even more value to our clients and grow our offering”, stated Lee Hunt.
