Pixel Kicks, a digital agency, has launched a new website for Phoenix Health, which specialises in bariatric surgery. This development comes after their appointment in April, aiming to create a comprehensive digital presence for Phoenix Health to streamline patient interaction and information access.
Phoenix Health, founded by Professor David Kerrigan, a former president of the British Obesity and Metabolic Surgery Society, operates across eight locations in the UK. The company handles over 700 patients annually, offering services to both the private healthcare sector and the NHS.
The newly launched website serves as a central hub for patients, providing a clear user pathway through available treatments, aftercare options, pricing transparency, and flexible payment plans. It also includes a detailed FAQ section to address common patient inquiries and concerns.
Phoenix Health’s digital campaign will initially target Facebook and Instagram, with plans to incorporate TikTok over the coming months. Historically, the company utilised multiple agencies for its marketing efforts, but this new collaboration with Pixel Kicks centralises all strategic, creative, and digital tasks.
