Digital marketing agency Serotonin has recently reinforced its senior management with the appointment of Stu Hornby as the new head of client services and operations. This strategic move aims to enhance the agency’s growth trajectory and strengthen its client management capabilities.
Stu Hornby, a seasoned professional with over 25 years in the industry, brings a wealth of experience from working on global campaigns for prominent brands such as Toyota, Reebok, Astra Zeneca, BSI, and Crane Payment Innovation. His engagement with agencies like IF and Amaze/Kin + Carter adds to his extensive background.
In his newly created role, Hornby will collaborate closely with the senior management team. His responsibilities include driving growth initiatives, overseeing client relationships, and supporting the commercial operations of the agency. His involvement is expected to be integral in aligning strategic initiatives with the agency’s overall vision.
