The decision follows a competitive pitch process, with Carousel’s innovative vision matching Printworks’ aim to solidify its standing as a premier entertainment destination in the UK. The agency is tasked with managing Printworks’ presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, focusing on dynamic content and influential partnerships.
The selection of Carousel comes after their bold proposal for 2025 impressed stakeholders. Their campaign is designed to enhance Printworks’ media relations and influencer collaborations. Kristian Brennan, Printworks’ marketing manager, shared, “We’re excited to partner with Carousel as our PR and social agency. Their expertise in retail and property, combined with a creative edge, will help us further establish Printworks as the UK’s top entertainment destination, delivering unforgettable experiences for visitors of all ages.”
In 2024, Printworks celebrated a landmark year with the completion of a £27 million investment transformation. This significant upgrade has introduced new features like Europe’s largest digital ceiling, expanding the venue’s appeal with 16 bars, restaurants, leisure activities, and a Vue IMAX cinema. The extensive facelift has revitalised the venue, attracting a 15% boost in footfall since its relaunch in March.
Daytime visitors have surged due to the venue’s enhanced offerings and vibrant atmosphere, indicating the successful transition of Printworks into a lively, all-day destination. This increase underlines the effectiveness of its strategic improvements and the growing appeal of its varied attractions.
