This achievement signifies a substantial 31% increase from the same period last year, underlining a robust start to the month.
From the beginning of the financial year on November 1, the firm has amassed £114 million in sales, reflecting an impressive 19% rise year-on-year. Such growth can be attributed to the company’s strategic initiatives and its achievement of the £1 billion sales milestone.
A noteworthy portion of the initial December sales, amounting to £8.6 million, stemmed from the premium leisure market. This segment experienced a 38% growth, showcasing the increasing demand for luxury travel experiences.
Significantly, over half of these sales (51%) were derived from bespoke TC packages. The ‘TC Journeys’, a recent feature on the company’s platform, includes over 266 unique itineraries, bolstering the company’s position as a leader in personalised travel services.
Additionally, over the last six weeks, TC Journeys facilitated 339 unique customer enquiries, contributing to tailored travel planning and enhancing customer service.
