Integrated marketing agency Jaywing has strategically enhanced its leadership team with two significant appointments aimed at accelerating its growth ambitions. Chris Callaghan, an industry leader with over two decades of experience, has joined Jaywing as the Head of Digital. Known for his substantial contributions in the field of UX, Callaghan is poised to further strengthen Jaywing’s digital capabilities. His role will involve working across major clients such as Yorkshire Tea, Savills Investment Management, and Creation Finance, using data and AI solutions to boost digital performance.
Callaghan moves to Jaywing from McCann Manchester, where he was instrumental in establishing the agency’s UX discipline. Beyond his professional achievements, Callaghan is a dedicated community advocate, sharing his expertise through seminars, mentorship, and published works to advance the UX and CRO fields.
Joining him is Becca Tredget, who has been appointed as Strategy Partner. Tredget brings extensive experience in brand and performance strategy, audience insights, and channel planning. She will lead Jaywing’s growing strategy team, drawing on her background as Strategic Planning Director at Mediaworks, where she worked with brands like Johnson & Johnson and H&M.
Her arrival at Jaywing marks a strengthening of the agency’s strategic output, with a focus on full-funnel strategy and effective campaign planning.
