With her background in illustration and extensive experience with major agencies in London as well as organisations such as Stonewall, Furness will play a pivotal role in managing a team of seven, ensuring the delivery of top-notch design projects. Her expertise spans various domains, including print and digital brand development, animation, and video creation. Baxter will continue providing strategic advice and creative guidance, supporting clients like North East Ambulance Service, Newcastle College, and others, while ensuring exceptional design standards across Jump’s diverse portfolio.
Additionally, the agency has taken steps to fortify its marketing and design sections by hiring Lucy Middleton as a Content Marketing Assistant and Connor Reed as a Designer.
