The development, managed by Hollowoaks Limited, plans to convert Greenfield Farm into a space that combines dining, shopping, and leisure. This move aims to enhance the experience of visitors while providing essential amenities.
The project has been granted planning permission by Oldham Council, demonstrating their support for local development that stimulates economic activity and infrastructural improvement. This new mixed-use facility will feature a dining space, game room, and essential facilities. The upper floor will house a modern apartment for the park’s management team, complete with an open-plan living area and office space.
