After a three-year absence, this much-loved product returns to shelves, featuring a crispy wafer topped with hazelnut spread and milk chocolate. Priced at 70p, it is available in supermarkets and convenience stores across the UK. KitKat’s Torin Zieboll commented on the return, stating: “It’s been three long years since KitKat Chunky Hazelnut was on sale in the UK, and we couldn’t resist bringing it back for chocolate fans to indulge in a little nutty decadence and turn up the heat on KitKat Chunky Peanut Butter, who has reigned supreme for more than a decade.”
Quality Street has introduced a new bar format combining two beloved chocolates: ‘The Purple One’ and ‘Green Triangle’. The Collisions chocolate tablet offers a unique blend of caramel and hazelnut. Available exclusively at Asda for now, the 235g bar will soon be distributed to other supermarkets and convenience stores.
Haribo reveals its limited-edition Awesome Axolotls sweets, a novel addition to its range. These jelly and foam gummies come in flavours such as strawberry, blackcurrant, pineapple, apple, and raspberry. Nationwide, these 160g bags start at £1.25, providing a delightful treat for gummy lovers.
Mars has introduced its new Secret Centre Biscuits, delighting biscuit fans with chocolate, caramel, and nougat flavours. Each 132g pack contains eight biscuits and is initially available at Home Bargains for £1.69. From August 20th, the biscuits will also be available at B&M and Poundland. Michelle Frost from Mars noted the development was inspired by the growth of the Special Treats subcategory, aiming to offer Mars fans a more indulgent biscuit choice.

Made with 30% reduced sugar, real fruit juice, and natural colourings, these HFSS-compliant treats are priced at £1.50 and are accessible across grocery channels. ‘Out in Space’ features strawberry, pineapple, and peach, while ‘On a Safari’ includes orange, apple, and pear flavours.
