In an exciting development for travellers, Fortnum & Mason has unveiled a pop-up shop in Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 4. This installation brings a slice of their iconic Piccadilly store right to international passengers. Styled to resemble an open travel trunk, the display captures the imagination with a variety of luxury goods, including the brand’s famous tea blends such as the Royal Blend and Sparkling Tea, as well as a range of biscuits and sweet treats. An alluring hot air balloon accentuates the central space, adding to the whimsical atmosphere.
Each day, travellers are treated to product samplings that change regularly, allowing them to experience the richness of Fortnum & Mason’s offerings firsthand. The carefully curated selection aims to provide something new with each visit, encouraging frequent exploration.
Further enhancing the experience, the pop-up provides customisation options for selected products. Notably, their Champagne and Sparkling Tea ranges can be personalised, making for a unique gift. Additionally, innovative gift boxes with digital messaging capabilities are available, allowing customers to record video messages for recipients, adding a personal touch to their purchases.
The pop-up also serves as a celebration of Fortnum & Mason’s ten-year presence at Heathrow, first established in Terminal 5. This milestone is complemented by the recent introduction of a takeaway coffee counter at their Piccadilly flagship, which started serving an assortment of teas and coffees in August. Moreover, a subscription delivery service launched in July seeks to extend the joy of Fortnum’s products to customers’ homes, illustrating the brand’s commitment to accessibility and customer engagement.
The new pop-up at Heathrow offers travellers a delightful dip into Fortnum & Mason’s luxurious world until September 2025.
