Nathalie Roos, who took over as Chief Executive Officer of Lipton Teas & Infusions in July 2022, has decided to step down from her role. This leadership change comes after two years of significant contributions, during which Roos brought her experience from Mars and L’Oréal to the forefront of Lipton’s operations.
Her departure from the company is understood to be a personal decision. Until a new CEO is appointed, Pierre Laubies, the current chair of Lipton, will assume the role in an interim capacity. This transition is reported by The Grocer, ensuring continuity in the company’s operations.
