The expansion of Reserved in the United Kingdom reaches a new milestone with the opening of its latest store in London’s Westfield shopping centre. The 20,000 square foot store is strategically positioned on the first floor, surrounded by renowned brands such as Warren James and Miniso, and directly opposite Clarks, indicating a prime retail location that aims to attract a diverse clientele.
Operating across two spacious levels, this store offers an extensive collection of Reserved’s fashion offerings. From women’s and men’s clothing to children’s apparel, the store mirrors the brand’s commitment to providing style options for all demographics under one roof.
This Westfield London outlet is not just another point of sale; it marks the brand’s fifth establishment within London, reinforcing its commitment to the UK market. It follows the opening of its flagship store on Oxford Street back in 2017, which has also served as an essential ecommerce hub for fulfilling UK orders. With locations now spanning other pivotal shopping venues like Brent Cross and Westfield Stratford City, Reserved’s physical presence is robustly growing.
Aside from its physical expansion, Reserved is implementing a significant shift in its ecommerce strategy. Starting from late June, the brand will fulfil UK customer orders directly from its main warehouse in Poland. This strategic shift aims to counteract some of the logistical challenges posed by Brexit, ultimately broadening the range of products available to its UK clientele.
Przemysław Lutkiewicz, vice-president of the management board at LPP, explains the necessity of these changes, citing cost pressures and a need to meet customer expectations as driving forces. “At LPP, however, we are aware that if we want to implement our current development plans and reach an ever-wider group of customers with our offer, we have to respond to their expectations. Changing our order delivery model is therefore an important step in improving our clients’ shopping experience on the British market,” he states.
Present in 27 countries across Europe, Reserved is under the Polish retail giant LPP, boasting over 2,000 stores worldwide. With robust growth strategies both offline and online, the brand remains focused on enhancing its market reach and customer satisfaction.
The expansion and strategic ecommerce advancements underscore Reserved’s commitment to serving its UK customers more effectively.
