TFG London, the retail group behind well-known brands including Hobbs, Whistles, Phase Eight, and homeware retailer Inside Story, is preparing to open what will be their largest multi-brand store yet at Liverpool ONE. Scheduled for an opening next spring on South John Street, this flagship store will encompass an impressive 12,000 square feet.
The new store promises a diverse offering, housing Hobbs’ luxury fashion, Phase Eight’s occasionwear, and Whistles’ contemporary womenswear. To further extend the range, the store will feature specialist collections, including bridal and petite ranges. This initiative aims to provide customers with complete outfit solutions for various occasions in a sophisticated retail environment.
Inside Story’s segment in the store will offer an attractive selection of homeware, including an array of soft furnishings and home accessories. This addition complements the fashion offerings and enhances the store’s appeal to a broader audience, catering to different lifestyle needs.
Caraline Money, TFG’s Global Retail Director, highlighted the strategy behind this development. She stated, “Our new store strategy is focused on opening bigger and better stores in prominent shopping destinations like Liverpool where we have built a loyal ever-growing customer base.” This strategically significant move comes after TFG secured a substantial £90m refinancing agreement earlier this year. The refinancing includes £60m to replace existing debt and an extra £30m to fuel expansion.
