Rowan brings a wealth of experience, having spent 14 years at an international firm. Her expertise is poised to lead the department in providing development work services.
In addition to Rowan, Lucy Storey has been appointed as an associate solicitor, joining a growing team poised to enhance the firm’s service delivery in real estate.
The firm has also promoted several members within the team. Marcus Kaye, a pivotal figure in the department’s growth since joining in 2017, has been elevated to partner. Marcus has significantly contributed to advising high street lenders and managing mixed-use site projects.
