The shift to employee ownership was led by Neil Hudgell, the founder, who transferred the majority of the firm’s shares to an employee ownership trust. The appointments, effective from 1 May 2024, include Vicky Richardson as the regional director of Hull and Paul McClorry as the regional director of Manchester. Additionally, Lauren Dale has been elevated to the position of risk and compliance director, while John Cuss has moved to become legal services director. Jeremy Smith has been appointed as the commercial director.
