Ison Harrison has proudly announced the opening of its first regional office in Bradford, situated in Queensbury, which brings the firm’s total number of offices to 19 across the region. This strategic expansion is a testament to the firm’s commitment to growth and accessibility in Yorkshire.
The Bradford office will be spearheaded by Susan Ram, a solicitor with over 20 years of conveyancing experience. She returns to the firm to lead the Queensbury branch, specialising in residential sales, purchases, and complex legal matters such as transfer of equity deals and declarations of trust.
Joining Susan Ram are a team of experts including Sarah Laughey, head of the family law division; Sarah Zahid, specialising in wills and probate; Louise Shuttleworth, a licensed conveyancer; and Zoe Wogan, a conveyancing assistant. This diversified team is well-equipped to offer comprehensive legal services.
After transitioning to a 100% employee-owned model in January 2022, Ison Harrison has experienced notable growth in its client base. This latest office opening further solidifies the firm’s stronghold in the region, following successful inaugurations in Doncaster and Wakefield.
