Rollits LLP has announced the promotion of two exceptional trainee solicitors, Millie Bird and Molly Bloom, each following a unique path within the firm. Millie Bird, who joined the York office in 2021 as a paralegal in the property team, has now advanced to the dispute resolution department. Her journey through the firm reflects a steady progression, commencing her training contract in March 2023.
Molly Bloom first engaged with Rollits through a summer work experience programme in 2019. She began her training contract in 2022 and has now secured a position in the employment law team. Both solicitors are distinguished by their academic excellence—Millie graduated with first-class honours from the University of Law in Leeds, while Molly earned her first-class degree from the University of Hull, followed by an MSc in business management.
