Her journey into the legal field began with an A-Level in law, which inspired her to pursue a career in the profession. She completed her degree in law and criminology at the University of Sheffield in 2015 and honed her skills as a paralegal in dispute management at Lupton Fawcett. Her training contract with the same firm culminated in her qualifying as a solicitor in December 2020, with a focus on family law. Lilly’s career further expanded at Jones Myers in York before her transition to Rollits this year.
