Boomi, a global leader in intelligent integration and automation, has announced the winners of its 2024 EMEA Customer Innovation Awards at the Boomi World Tour stop in London. The awards celebrate innovative achievements in integrating applications into transformative systems using the Boomi Enterprise Platform, with winners hailed for their impact on business operations and digital transformation.
The annual awards honour organisations that have demonstrated exceptional use of Boomi’s technology, producing quantifiable results through digital transformation, integration excellence, operational efficiency, and automation. This year’s winners were selected for their ability to pioneer cutting-edge solutions that drive tangible improvements across various industries.
Award Winners
Among the award recipients was Abudawood, winner of the EMEA Regional Award. Abudawood, a leading consumer goods distributor, leveraged the Boomi platform to solve longstanding challenges with extracting SAP data. By integrating the platform, the company developed an always-on repository, reducing downtime and freeing up valuable resources. This innovative solution transformed data management processes within the organisation.
A.R.M. Holding, based in the UAE, took home the Operational Efficiency Award. By integrating diverse systems such as CRM, ERP, and other business applications into a unified ecosystem, A.R.M. Holding successfully transformed its operations in the real estate sector. This integration improved data flow, operational agility, and overall customer experience, positioning the firm as a leader in its industry.
Renowned cosmetics brand Charlotte Tilbury received the Employee Experience Excellence Award. The brand implemented the Boomi platform to streamline its retailer and warehouse processes across North America, the UK, and the EMEA regions. This seamless integration enabled more efficient operations and laid the groundwork for future, cost-effective expansions, helping the brand scale its international presence.
Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE) was honoured with the Productivity Improvement Award for its use of Boomi to revolutionise order management and enhance customer experience. By adopting an event-driven architecture with Boomi and Solace, JDE was able to manage over one million orders annually. The integration created a more agile and efficient system, enabling the company to explore new business models such as order subscriptions.
In the healthcare sector, the Anne Rowling Regenerative Neurology Clinic at the University of Edinburgh won the Healthcare Transformation Award. The clinic partnered with Boomi to develop a scalable digital solution that supports patient care and research for individuals with neurodegenerative conditions. The collaboration resulted in the recruitment of nearly 700 patients for a clinical research project, contributing to improved outcomes and equitable access to medical studies.

In addition to the winners, Boomi recognised several finalists who demonstrated exceptional work with the platform. Finalists included Great Ormond Street Hospital, Orange Capital Partners, Partou, Manpower Group, PageGroup, and Grupo Lusiaves.
