In celebration of World Voice Day, Explorance, a leader in feedback analytics solutions, has initiated a new survey aimed at empowering students and employees to voice their challenges in providing feedback within educational and workplace environments. This initiative seeks to foster courageous conversations that contribute to creating safe spaces for dialogue in higher education and the professional sector.
World Voice Day, celebrated annually, highlights the significance of voice as a powerful tool for change in our lives. It promotes the idea that everyone should feel encouraged to express their thoughts and opinions, especially on issues that matter to them. On this occasion, Explorance is inviting individuals worldwide to share their experiences by answering a pivotal question: “What challenges do you face in giving feedback in your workplace or university?”
The survey is designed to be completely anonymous and secure, ensuring participants can share their views without fear of repercussion. Responses will be processed using Explorance MLY, an AI-powered qualitative analysis platform already employed by prestigious institutions such as Harvard Medical School, Microsoft, and the University of Newcastle Australia, as well as a growing number of UK universities.
Once the feedback is collected, Explorance MLY will analyse the responses to identify specific sentiments and recommendations. The findings will be presented at Explorance World 2024, scheduled to take place from June 25-28. This event aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the sentiments expressed by students and employees, thereby highlighting the necessity of prioritising inclusivity, empathy, and support in various environments.
Students and employees are encouraged to participate in the anonymous survey by April 30. This initiative presents a vital opportunity for individuals to ensure their voices are heard, potentially leading to improvements in the overall student and employee experience.
Explorance advocates for the philosophy of “Feedback for the brave,” aimed at accelerating the insight-to-action cycle in organisations. With over 20 years of expertise, the company is a member of the World Economic Forum and serves as a trusted partner for 35% of Fortune 100 companies and 25% of the world’s leading higher education institutions. Explorance has positively impacted over 25 million individuals through its award-winning solutions, including Blue, Metrics That Matter, and MLY.
By launching this survey, Explorance is not only amplifying the voices of students and employees but is also reinforcing its commitment to cultivating a culture where feedback is not only welcomed but celebrated. As the deadline for responses approaches, the organisation urges everyone to take part and contribute to this important dialogue.
