Touchwood shopping centre in Solihull is set to expand its offerings by welcoming four new brands this autumn. Visitors can expect an enhanced shopping and leisure experience as new openings promise diversity and excitement.
Wing Kingz is among the anticipated openings, bringing a vibrant restaurant and bar to the heart of Solihull. Known for chicken wings, fries, and burgers, the venue will also show live sports. It will be the company’s fourth location in England, with others including Coventry.
Set to open on November 1, the House of Tweed will introduce its range of luxury handbags, clothing, and accessories. Crafted from bespoke tweed fabrics, this addition aims to attract customers seeking unique fashion items.
The acclaimed Yankee Candle brand is preparing to fill the space vacated by Costa Coffee with its collection of scented candles. The store is expected to open in mid-November, providing high-quality products for aromatic enthusiasts.
Finally, Indico Street Kitchen, which brings the flavours of Indian street food to the centre, is readying its launch. Although the exact opening date hasn’t been confirmed, the inclusion is eagerly anticipated by food lovers.
Touchwood’s general manager, Tony Elvin, expressed enthusiasm for the new businesses, stating, “We are thrilled to be welcoming Wing Kingz, House of Tweed, Yankee Candle and Indico Street Kitchen to Touchwood this autumn.” The introduction of these stores reflects an occupancy rise to 99%, demonstrating the centre’s robust growth and continued appeal.
The addition of these brands represents a strategic enhancement to Touchwood’s retail and dining offerings, marking significant growth for the centre.
