Traffic Safety & Management, a firm specialising in designing and managing roadworks and traffic around essential projects, has transferred its headquarters to Bromsgrove. The move is part of a strategic plan to accommodate the company’s continuous growth and expand its operational footprint. The new base is housed in Fiji House, offering 2,090 square feet of purpose-designed office space located within Harris Business Park.
The decision to relocate was driven by the need to separate the company’s headquarters from its principal depot based in Kings Norton, Birmingham. This transition allows the company to open additional depots in Gloucester and Aylesbury, enhancing its service delivery across the Midlands. Founded by Martin Sheridan and Leigh Turbill in 2000, Traffic Safety & Management has consistently grown, serving a range of clients including National Highways and various local authorities.
Martin Sheridan explained, ‘We started the business 24 years ago this October and are currently experiencing month-on-month growth. We wanted to expand our number of branches across our core Midlands area so we decided to separate our headquarters. Bromsgrove is ideally placed at the heart of the motorway network so we started looking for offices here.’
Securing the new location was made possible through the involvement of Redditch-based commercial property agency John Truslove. The agency assisted in finalising a five-year lease agreement for the headquarters. Ian Parker, joint managing director of John Truslove, remarked on Bromsgrove’s strategic location and the diverse portfolio of commercial properties that attracted Traffic Safety & Management to the area.
The relocation to Fiji House is expected to strengthen Traffic Safety & Management’s market position, enabling further growth. With the new headquarters, the company is well-placed to continue its expansion strategy.
The move to Bromsgrove positions Traffic Safety & Management for continued expansion and operational success.
