Opencast, a technology consultancy based in Byker, has secured a landmark £32 million contract with the Department for Work and Pensions, underscoring its pivotal role in public service delivery. This contract is the culmination of a four-year partnership with DWP, during which Opencast has been instrumental in developing accessible and user-friendly public services.
Harry Armstrong, the Chief Growth Officer of Opencast, expressed enthusiasm about the contract’s potential to transform critical public services.
